Today's photo art is Million Bells (Calbrachoa). They look like miniature petunias and make stunning subjects for photography and digital art.

Today's image is a composite of two photos. I extracted the deer from a stock photo and then edited it to look like an illustration. I then created two layers from my photo of roses, which had also been edited to look more like an illustration or painting, and added the deer. While I may not have captured this lovely little deer amid the roses with my camera, the combination of the two photos illustrates the beauty of nature.
Today's photos have been digitally enhanced and must be rightly referred to as digital art. They were all taken at Old Orchard Beach, Maine last fall. I wanted to create images with more texture and depth of color than the original photos to give you a feel for the natural elements in the photos.
Today's image is a composite of photos done in Photoshop. Each flower, fern and leaf was taken from one of my photos (except for the borrowed blue flowers and butterfly) and added individually to the image. Here is the same image given a little texture using the online photo editor Lunapic. I hope you enjoyed my work today.
Teatime with Butterflies is not a photo. It is digital art created from several different images. I've wanted to learn to create this type of image for a long time. It has taken months of practice with Photoshop to learn the techniques to combine images in a meaningful way. I'm not sure of the destination for this image, but I think it will find a home in a children's book someday.
Today's image was created in Photoshop using a photo of Dog Roses I took this summer. I loved the play of delicate pinks and soft greens in this image as it evokes a sense of peace and tranquility. I think the globe creates a bit of magic, drawing the viewer into a secret world that lies just behind the flowers where anything is possible.
Today's image is a composite of several of my photos used to create a fantasy scene. It is my first real attempt at using multiple images together to create an entirely new image. If you enjoy my work, feel free to share with your friends and leave me a message if you wish. Don't forget to explore some of my work in the nature photography section where you can view a variety of my nature and wildlife photos.
